River Valley HomeCare employs a wide range of telemedicine monitors from simple video phones to sophisticated monitors that electronically transmit patient-specific health data back to our telemedicine nurse in our agency. These monitors are placed in our patients’ homes and used to make “televisits” allowing us to monitor them 24 hours per day.
